该职位来源于猎聘 Position: Senior E-commerce Manager Location: Shenzhen Mission of the Role As Senior E-commerce Manager, you will act as the business owner of moodytiger's global (ex-China) online business, with a clear mission: turbocharge growth and establish moodytiger's "second growth engine." This role goes far beyond operations — you will drive aggressive business expansion, define category strategy, and build and lead an global E-commerce team, cultivating talent and shaping it into a high-performing growth engine that delivers sustainable user and revenue growth. Key Responsibility
- Business Growth Ownership: Develop and execute the annual growth strategy and user acquisition/retention roadmap for the global online business (Shopify site). Take total P&L ownership, accountable for topline sales, profitability, and long-term business sustainability.
 - Data-Driven Leadership: Track key business KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, inventory turnover), identify performance gaps, and implement actionable plans to close them.
 - Category & Product Strategy: Partner with Product & Merchandising to identify high-potential product categories and consumer needs. Proactively identify online-exclusive product opportunities, ensuring the assortment drives growth.
 - Marketing & CRM Excellence: Lead marketing, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns for the official site. Oversee promotional planning, content creation, and campaign execution, with a focus on aggressive user growth and brand equity building.
 - Team Leadership: Build and lead a global E-commerce team, cultivating talent and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
 - Omnichannel Synergy: Drive online-offline collaboration to maximize cross-channel traffic, data integration, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
 - Customer & Market Insights: Act as the voice of the customer to influence site experience, content, and product strategy, ensuring relevance and loyalty in global markets.
 - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with overseas retail, product & merchandising, logistics, brand & marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and a consistent brand experience globally. Qualification Requirements
 - 7+ years of global E-commerce (DTC) experience, with proven success leading growth and owning total P&L responsibility.
 - Strong leadership and team-building skills, with at least 5 years of team management experience.
 - Strong track record as a business builder, not only an operator: able to set vision, craft strategy, and drive execution with speed.
 - Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into growth actions.
 - Entrepreneurial mindset, resilient, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
 - Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
 - Fashion, online retail, luxury, or sports industry background preferred.
