Associate Consultants
who are passionate about people, curious about businesses, and driven to achieve results. You will work closely with experienced consultants to deliver quality recruitment services, connect top talents with market-leading companies, and grow into a full 360-degree consultant.
What My Client is Looking For
Responsibilities
- Conduct job analysis and develop headhunting strategies
- Search and assess candidates through internal database and external channels
- Support project delivery through candidate interviews, salary negotiation, and talent pool maintenance
- Achieve KPIs including cold calls, CV submissions, interviews, etc.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates based on professionalism and trust
- Assist in BD activities including market research, lead generation, and proposal preparation
- Promote Chapter Recruitment's professional brand image to the market
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or client services is a plus
- Strong sales mindset and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls and client engagement
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate, hardworking, and target-driven
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database tools
- International candidates or returnees from US/UK education backgrounds are welcome
