Role Overview

As the
Senior Procurement Manager – Facility & MRO
, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services, with a strong focus on facility operations, MRO supplies, and spare parts. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, operations, and finance teams to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality procurement that supports business continuity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities for facility services, MRO categories, and spare parts across multiple sites.
  • Develop and implement category strategies that align with business goals and deliver cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with global and regional suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and ESG requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical specifications, demand forecasts, and service level expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, including contract negotiation, supplier consolidation, and inventory optimization.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and supply chain risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional sourcing projects and support CAPEX and facility expansion initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with global procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and corporate governance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in MRO, facility management, or spare parts sourcing.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational or Fortune 500 environment is required.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
