Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Organize material workflow and inventory plan in Oracle system to ensure the material is well planned for production and inventory under proper control
Raw material receiving
Materials move transaction for job order
WIP completion for job order
SO key in for sales order
Shipping for customer order
Invoice sorting for payment-manual work with Finance team
- Logistics backup for import & export
Deal with import components for custom clearance
Create packing list and commercial invoice for product export custom declaration
Work with local logistics teams to book shipping instructions via Emerson Supply Chain Optimization system
Book small parcel express and organize shipment to meet customer delivery request.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- College graduation (or equivalent) or above
- Graduate or one year of work experience, familiar with Excel, Word and other common office software
- Honest, diligent, responsible, and strong learning ability
- Experience in using ERP system is preferred
- Good at English reading, writing and speaking is preferred
