Key Responsibilities

●Develop, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, paid media, social media, webinars, and events.

●Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, messaging, and creative assets.

●Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, budget management, and performance analysis.

●Track campaign KPIs and prepare clear reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.

●Ensure campaigns are aligned with company strategy and support regional/local marketing needs.

●Partner with sales teams to nurture leads and improve conversion throughout the funnel.

●Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

●Proven track record of managing successful campaigns end-to-end.

●Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

●More than 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management or digital marketing.

●Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).

Nice to Have

●Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content marketing.

●Experience with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

●Background in B2B software or technology marketing.

●Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

●Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to turn data into insights.
