We are now looking for an
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our dynamic team — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys working closely with business leaders, and wants to see their HR initiatives translate directly into business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Selection for China teams
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and onboard top talent across local and regional markets.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing and assessment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding experience to ensure successful integration.
- Develop and scale internship and early talent programs to strengthen our leadership pipeline.
2. Strategic HR Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business objectives into HR strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Identify learning needs, design targeted development programs, and co-create solutions with leaders.
- Support performance management, career development, and succession planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies while promoting best practices.
3. HR Projects & Organizational Development
- Lead or support key HR projects, including learning design, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights that inform people and business decisions.
- Co-create and execute engagement activities that strengthen culture and collaboration — from internal events to leadership summits.
4. People & Culture
- Be a cultural ambassador — embody positivity, curiosity, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Foster an open, high-performance environment where people feel empowered to grow and contribute.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong command of English (CET-6 or IELTS 6.5 equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
- 3–5 years of HR experience in an MNC, consulting firm, or fast-growth company, preferably with exposure to recruitment or HR business partnering.
- Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and ownership mindset — comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
