Roles& Responsibilities:
Directs market channel development activities and coordinates sales distribution
Coordination among Management, and Sales Teams.
Identification of customer and market trends, develops product concepts and requirements.
Directs staffing, training and performance evaluation to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Establishes and maintains relationship with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Markets
Define market potentials regarding above mentioned business and set priorities for short term and long term business
Directs market research activities in order to evaluate the size and attractiveness of each market and or market segments (geographical and /or product segments)
Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long term market share.
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Provides support on New Business opportunities as required
Pro-actively identifies add-on, business development opportunities with existing clients
Intimately understand and formulate capabilities alignment with the customers' Retail Sales Initiatives
Researches, identifies and targets potential new clients.
Partners with Director of Sales to seek, pitch and win large new business opportunities.
Drives the planning, organization, writing and presentation of pitches, tenders and proposals.
Persuasive leadership, presentation and negotiation skills.
Leads revenue growth within existing Customers relationships. Supports others in achieving Key Customers Relationship growth targets and developing new revenue streams.
Provides training and support in business development skills to the Customers Services team.
Act as a sales subject matter expert as part of overall team responsible for growing new and existing business
Facilitates internal agreement, across functions, on the hours and resources required to deliver a project
Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and Industry and economic trends
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Opens projects and manages administration as required.
Takes overall responsibility for achieving revenue targets both in terms of income and profit in China Region.
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, budgets and plans to determine effectiveness and profitability
Recommends, allocates and evaluates staff resources on projects
Job Specifications:
Educated to Degree Level BA, possibly additional business qualification such as MBA.
At least 10-year experience in a similar role.
Currently in a senior managerial position with strong sales focus
Experience in both consumer-focused and corporate-level identity programs plus concentration of expertise in another area e.g. environmental branding, internal engagement, innovation and etc.
Strong strategic deliverables in previous job roles.
Evidence of developing direct reports, and great with people at all levels.
Recent experience managing multi-products and multi-geographic retail experience With proven success in a sales leadership position, managing teams both directly and indirectly,
The candidate is a strong communicator and influencer. Fluent in English and Putonghua
