该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary: The Manager, Supplier Develop is responsible for tracking and realization of SDE KPIs cascaded from purchasing directors in AP. He will lead the SDE team on activities including supplier qualification. Supplier APQP and PPAP approval as well as supplier ECN PPAPs, annual audits, interface with plants on escalated supplier issues and assign responsible SDEs to support, and manages development of suppliers with poor performance.

- Lead supplier qualification process, make sure on-time supplier audit and action plan closure.
- Support sourcing activities to ensure suppliers was nominated following SD procedure.
- Lead and mentor SDE team in planning and executing supplier APQP tracking and PPAP approval
- Oversee program launches, ensuring timely delivery with good quality.
- Manage the supplier performance KPIs and ensure supplier development activities of poor suppliers
- Address critical supply chain quality/delivery issues and maintain robust supplier relationships.
- Support EU/NA for AP suppliers issue.
- Foster a culture of development and performance within the team, providing coaching and support to enhance skills and capabilities.

- Bachelor's Degree in material, chemical or a related field; VDA 6.3 auditor preferred
- Significant experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years in operations, quality, or global supplier development roles.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven experience in managing teams in strategic supplier development skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
