- Identify any problems relating to the product &process in Assembly and drive improvement on process capability & quality.
- Handle wafer (customer consigned material)
incoming quality issue and dispose the material per customer instruction with special control.
- Host internal
MRB meeting with cross function team for abnormal lots disposition.
- Control further processing and coordinate the resource of nonconforming product risk assessment until the impacted lots have been properly disposed.
- Review the
8D report provided by engineering team and verify the corrective action effectiveness.
- Follow up all customer audit/line tour findings and verify the action implementation status.
- Review and approve all Assembly related process Spec, operation work instruction, PFMEA, control plan etc. in quality perspective.
- Act as expertise to provide solution of e-DR/FMEA/MRB/Control plan/SPC etc.
- Other activities assigned by Section manager or above.
工作要求:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering.
- Fluent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin 3.
5~8years' work experience including
3~5 years' QA or operation expertise experience in a high paced environment

& quality.
- Handle material (wafer and external assembly unit) incoming quality issue, feedback and dispose the material per customer instruction with special control.
- Host internal MRB meeting with cross function team for abnormal lots disposition.
- Control further processing and coordinate the resource of nonconforming product risk assessment until the impacted lots have been properly disposed.
- Review the
8D report provided by engineering team and verify the corrective action effectiveness.
- Participate in customer audit/line tour and verify the action implementation status.
- Summarize ATMP quality escape reports per month and report to HOD.
- Review and approve all ATMP related process Spec, operation work instruction, PFMEA, control plan etc. in quality perspective.
- Apply 8D methodology to drive quality issues solving (line quality excursion/complaint complaint etc) systematically.
- Coordinate the arrangement of QC op by leader, ensure the responsibility and quality of
QC op.
- Others activities assigned by supervisor.
