Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of marketing activities conducted through the company's owned customer engagement channels. Support Business Units in planning, creating, and publishing digital content on the Enterprise WeChat platform, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and compliance requirements, and managing the full content lifecycle. Manage and optimize the structure and tagging system of the digital content library to improve content retrieval efficiency and reusability. Respond promptly to field team inquiries, feedback, and suggestions, continuously enhance user experience and platform performance. Support the organization of communication, training, and knowledge update activities related to OMC tools and process changes, promoting team understanding, engagement, and adoption. Coordinate and organize major OMC-related events and meetings, ensuring efficient and well-executed planning and delivery. Manage OMC tool licenses and conduct annual audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years work experience and minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content operations, or platform operation;
- Familiarity with WeChat, Enterprise WeChat, digital content management, and data analysis tools preferred;
- Basic knowledge of HTML and video production is a plus;
- Strong cross-functional communication and project coordination skills;
- High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and excellent execution capability;
- Self-motivated with strong learning agility and growth mindset.

任职资格:
- 5 年工作经验,并至少具备 3 年以上数字营销、内容运营或系统管理相关经验;
- 熟悉微信、企业微信、数字内容管理及数据分析工具者优先;
- 具备一定的 HTML 与视频制作基础;
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通与项目协调能力;
- 具有较强的责任感、细致的工作态度与高执行力;
- 具备良好的自我驱动与持续学习能力。
