Minimum requirements:
- Over
10 years of experience
in the automotive industry, within
Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs
. At least
5 years of direct experience with APQP
and related tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.). - Minimum degree:
Technical Vocational Training (Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics, Automotive, or similar)
. - Strong autonomy, analytical skills, and supplier management expertise.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel as required by the project.
- Fluent in
English and Chinese - The
Japanese language is also highly valued.
