Key Duties: Purchase Order (POs) management: 1. Place PO in strict adherence to established policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. 2. Continuous monitoring of purchase order status and maintain effective communication with suppliers to guarantee timely fulfillment. 3. Keep all relevant data updated within the production planning to meet deadlines effectively. 4. Ensures seamless communication between vendors and internal customers by addressing queries and managing any rejected materials efficiently. Vendor Management: 1. Generating reports on vendor performance and activities, analyzing data for insights and improvements, and Leveraging analytics to make informed decisions. 2. Setting performance standards and expectations, conducting regular performance reviews. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree in a business discipline, Majored in Supply Chain, Economics, International trade are preferred. 3. Management roles, or equivalent combination of related education and work experience are a plus. 4. Able to be a team player and willing to learn on the job. 5. Humble: Respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn. 6. Languages: Good English skills, written and spoken. 7. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills in MS Office, previous experience in using ERP systems is preferred but not essential.
