Overview

  • Manage MU supply chain daily operation by enhancing efficiency and effectiveness to support business growth.
  • Provide support to Sales Director in sales planning and demand forecast to prepare sales targets & forecasts and report sales performance/opportunities to enable sales-related plan the development and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build up and lead on-going Division sales planning and review process (plan, through weekly meetings and MORs) to optimize sales performance
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy.
  • Delivery & Inventory management.
  • Supplier management
  • Cost management
  • Support other projects and tasks assigned by supervising managers to better enable the development and execution of sales - related plans.
  • Build functional expertise and develop the team's capabilities in supply chain management and sales demand forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • At least years of experience in sales planning, demand forecasting, operations, and logistics.
  • Good business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent follow up
  • Trouble shooting skills (ability to foresee and avert logistics constraints)
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management).
  • Able to train, coach, and develop talent and collaborate with other functions.
