该职位来源于猎聘 PURPOSE OF POSITION Pilots supplier integration in the projects to optimize materials QCD to meet customer and company projects target, ensure commodity strategy deployment in the projects
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support project award during AtX with competitive costs and savings plan to finance project acquisition, seeks and obtain purchasing material cost sheet validation
- Build up project supplier target panel with commodity buyers to bundle awards
- Voice of commodities strategy in the project, and voice of the project to the commodities
- Install competition between suppliers, proceeds with all negotiations before sourcing to push the cost down
- Leverage commodity organisation to reach decisions and meet project targets
- Ensures timely sign off all supplier contracts related the project Purchasing
- Achieves project purchasing index
- If required, supports R&D with prototypes and pre-serial sourcing commercial negotiations (physical management of parts supply not under purchasing scope)
- Liaise with purchasing Non Production organisation to achieve project investments and tooling QCD targets
- Manages achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers
- Defines and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers 岗位要求: 1. 大专以上学历,理工科优先 2. 5年以上汽车行业零部件采购经验,熟悉生产工艺如:压铸、机加工、冲压、焊接等等 3. 英语流利 4. 抗压、有团队精神,吃苦耐劳
