Overview

  • Drive campaign strategy planning and execution to ensure seamless collaboration with agency to support HQ media team, manage media operations for Beverages/Foods brands, and handle post-campaign performance management and deliver post-buy insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media strategies tailored to China's media landscape, enhancing brand relevance.
  • Oversee reach planning for all reach media such as MSP, digital, OOH, Hot drama, etc., utilizing tools from media research firms to ensure effective reach planning and optimal tool usage.
  • Handle planning and execution for all type of media.
  • Oversee spot plan management and ensure KPI alignment with AOP.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, coordinating with media operation teams, BU media teams and agencies to ensure success.
  • Conduct post-campaign management, including media performance tracking, post-buy governance, and performance reviews.
  • Support planning for annual operation plan, master plan, and competitor analysis, etc.
  • Assist the media lead in executing various projects as needed.
  • Mentor junior colleagues in campaign planning and provide ongoing support.
  • Ensure accurate internal support for monthly campaign trafficking, maintaining alignment with client-specific strategic directions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 4+ years of experience in media strategy and planning.
  • Expertise in brand media strategy planning with experience in 2C industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, 3C, Auto and 4A media agencies.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and grow relationships, influence without authority, and navigate a matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding, and deadline-driven environments.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is a must.
  • Excellent project management and organizational alignment skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
