Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Partner, r, Brand Sales (individual contributor role) to expand Xiaomi's CTV/OTT brand advertising business internationally. This role is responsible for developing and growing partnerships with top advertisers and agencies, ensuring Xiaomi's inventory becomes a core channel for brand campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven brand sales professional, experienced in consultative selling, managing senior-level relationships, and delivering results against brand KPIs.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage a portfolio of strategic brand advertisers and agency partners, driving CTV/OTT brand revenue.


• Lead client engagement, annual planning, and joint business reviews with global advertisers and agency groups.


• Partner with agencies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, Dentsu) to secure annual commitments and incremental budgets.


• Translate client objectives into tailored brand ad solutions across Xiaomi's ecosystem(CTV/OTT and mobile).


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, measurement, operations) to deliver and optimize campaigns.


• Provide market and competitive insights to shape Xiaomi's brand ad proposition.

Qualifications


• 6‒10 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on brand/CTV/video advertising.


• Proven success in managing large advertisers and agency relationships at HQ/regional level.


• Strong understanding of brand KPIs and measurement (reach, frequency, awareness, brandlift, MMM).


• Excellent consultative sales, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Experience working in matrixed global organizations; ability to influence across functions.


• Bachelor's degree required; English fluency mandatory, additional languages a plus.

Location

This role is open in Beijing, Madrid, or Moscow, depending on client coverage. Internationaltravel may be required.
