Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance relating to Chapter 8 policies including but not limited to activation of allowances, relocation assistance, expense reports, cash advances, educational assistance payments.
  • Advise employees regarding Saudi Aramco Chapter 8 policies and procedures and issues relating to OOK assignments.
  • Work with IT, Finance, and other internal team to facilitate the CH8 support process
  • Manage medical and relocation agency and the contracts
  • Maintain HR system for International HR related issue

Visa & Immigration

  • Provide administrative support to ensure timely provision of Visa, Resident and other permits to assignees and their dependents as required.
  • Help local employee apply for business / work visa as business requires.
  • Help assignee apply for business / work visa in the region (Asia)
  • Manage V&I agency and the contract

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or relevant in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Personnel Administration, education, or related field.
  • 4 years working experiences in HR or academic related field.
  • Ability communicate and comprehend clearly in English and local language.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, programs and procedures.
  • Good interpersonal skills, organizational work ability and attention to detail.
  • Self-directed in the performance of job with ability to perform statistical and problem analyses while working under time constraints.
