Job Purpose: 职位目的 The Pathologist are responsible for interpretation and reporting of laboratory results used to diagnose hematological disorders.

The Pathologist also oversees the direction of the daily operation of the laboratory to ensure the precision and reproducibility of laboratory results in accordance with accreditation standards and guidelines.

• Triage of samples样本分类
• Evaluate bone marrow, peripheral blood, lymph node and other tissue samples for adequacy and determination of appropriate testing. 评估骨髓、外周血、淋巴结及其他组织样本的充分性,并确定适当的检测方法。
• Ensure prompt communication to ordering physicians of any sample issues. 确保就任何样本问题与相关医生进行及时沟通。

• Histomorphologic assessment of tissue (primarily blood, bone marrow, and tissue) 组织(主要是血液、骨髓和组织)的组织形态学评估。

• AP and/or CP Pathology Board Certified获得 AP 和 / 或 CP 病理学委员会认证
• Subspecialty Board Certified preferred获得专科委员会认证者优先考虑
• 2 years' experience preferred有 2 年工作经验者优先考虑 Skills and Qualifications技能与资格
• Working experience with laboratory information systems具有实验室信息系统的工作经验
• Ability to ambulate throughout the lab 与实验室各个平台的工作能力
