Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve growth targets.
- Manage cross-channel strategies (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and iterate campaigns based on data insights.
- Drive A/B testing and performance optimization across channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; strong data-driven mindset.
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in fast-growing D2C brands.
- Solid expertise in Meta and Google Ads; multi-channel experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, scaling campaigns, and key metrics (CPC, CPA, CAC, LTV).
- Strong analytical and execution skills; able to manage projects and deliver results.
