Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage cross-channel strategies (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and iterate campaigns based on data insights.
  • Drive A/B testing and performance optimization across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; strong data-driven mindset.
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally in fast-growing D2C brands.
  • Solid expertise in Meta and Google Ads; multi-channel experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, scaling campaigns, and key metrics (CPC, CPA, CAC, LTV).
  • Strong analytical and execution skills; able to manage projects and deliver results.
