该职位来源于猎聘 Main Tasks: 1) Operational screwdriving technology before SOP

  • Assess the accessibility of the screw points in the car assembly.
  • Participation in the determination of the required screwdriving technology.
  • Participation in machine acceptance.
  • Random verification of the provisional control parameters in the screwdriving system.
  • If necessary, set new limits for test parameters MNA1 and coordinate with the TE. 2) Operational screwdriving technology according to SOP
  • If necessary, adjust new limits for test parameters MNA1 (Moment NAchziehdrehmoment 30 Minuten: Torque after 30 minutes) with APH (Audi Pilot Hall) and TE (Technical Development).
  • Participation in the definition of test cycles for checking the screwdriving tools according to defined process standards.
  • Participation in the random control of the set control parameters at screwdriving stations by the screwdriving center.
  • Participate in the optimization of the assembly, testing and control parameters by the screwdriving center. Initiate and evaluate error analyses in the event of screw fall problems.
  • Participation in the assessment of the screwdriving results based on defined criteria.
  • Defining corrective measures for NG (Not Good – Not Okay) screwdriving result.
  • Approval of assembly, control and process parameters for product / process changes.
  • Approval of the assembly, control and process parameters of the screwdriver/ screwdriving systems. Qualification:
  • Major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering
  • 2-3 years working experience
  • Experience with Screw Drivers and Tightening System
  • Experience with implementation, optimization and test of torque curves
  • High level of communication capabilities
  • Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking
  • Solid know-how of Tightening / Screwdriver Technologies and Torque Control Systems
  • Solid knowledge in office applications as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
