- Your exploration and implementation of manufacturing technologies that enhance Logitech's product portfolio;
- Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams that include ID/CMF Designers, ME Engineers, CMF Experts, Global Sourcing, Supplier Development Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers;
- Your familiarity with injection mold and molding technologies to support Logitech production needs effectively. Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist in the identification and management of NuDs (new, unique & difficult technical challenges) to ensure the successful implementation of manufacturing technologies during New Product Introduction (NPI);
- Technology Integration: Explore new manufacturing technologies, support the integration of manufacturing technologies aligned with Logitech's product roadmap;
- Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving existing mechanical manufacturing processes, focusing on reliability and efficiency;
- Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to evaluate and improve manufacturing systems and processes;
- Project Management: Ensure alignment with AME project goals, milestones, and quality expectations during execution.
Qualifications Hard Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering with exposure to international organizations and cross-functional teams;
- Basic understanding of implementing and supporting manufacturing technologies for high-volume production in Consumer Electronics or related industries;
- Familiarity with mechanical manufacturing processes including injection mold, plastic molding, metal stamping, CNC machining, or die casting (rich expertise is a plus);
- Hands-on experience with new product development processes, ideally in the consumer electronics industry;
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with global teams in English;
- Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented approach to problem-solving. Soft Skills
