About The Position
As a mechanical Engineer in the Development of refrigerator structure team, you will be involved in below responsibilities.
- Participate in the pre-project review of new product development projects and providing your own suggestions on quality, delivery time and cost.
- Proceed with product design and development after project approval.
- Verify the design and development plans of the organization;
- Convene design reviews, prototype reviews, etc.
- Verification and approval of structural components;
- Organize the production and verification of prototypes in accordance with the schedule requirements;
- Deliver relevant documents in accordance with the requirements of the procedure documents;
- Trial production preparation;
- Technical support in production, marketing or supplier guidance, including the submission of product data;
- Design improvement of existing mass-produced products;
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or refrigeration is preferred
- More than one year of working experience in new product research and development in the refrigeration industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using 3D and 2D design software such as PRO/E and AUTOCAD.
- Possess basic knowledge of tolerances, fits and dimensional chains, as well as a certain ability to read drawings;
- Be familiar with the characteristics, forming processes and surface treatment methods of plastic and metal materials;
- Familiar with plastic molds and metal molds, and have an understanding of sheet metal processes and die-casting molds;
- Understanding of refrigeration principles is preferred; Be familiar with the development process;
- Cet-4 or having good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills is preferred.
