工作职责
岗位职责: 1. 为医院科室&产品部提供编码支持、根据医疗文档案进行编码分配; 2. 审核账单与编码一致性,确保符合中美医保及院内政策; 3. 对新型或非常规诊疗项目进行研究并确定正确编码; 4. 与临床医生沟通澄清模糊记录,提供编码政策指导; 5. 开展数据录入、归档及分析,支持收益完整性项目; 6. 按需为临床科室提供编码培训与定价支持; 7. 协助院内专家开展问诊工作(收集并整理患者资料,跟诊等); 8. 完成上级交办的其他行政及专项工作。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide coding assistance to all healthcare providers and other clinical ancillary departments. Assigning codes base on medical documentation. 2. Review bills for coding accuracy and compliance with US/China benchmarks and hospital policies. 3. Research and determine proper codes for new or unusual procedures not clearly listed in CPT. 4. Interact with providers to clarify documentation and educate on coding policies/regulations. 5. Perform data entry, filing, and analysis to support revenue-integrity projects. 6. Deliver coding training to clinical staff and assist in pricing based on US & China benchmark analysis. 7. Assist in-house experts with consultations (collect and organize patient information, shadow physicians, etc. 8. Provide administrative support and assist managers with ad-hoc projects. 任职要求: 1. 医学相关专业全日制本科及以上,护理或临床医学优先; 2. 一年以上临床工作经验,有海外工作或学习经历者优先; 3. 精通医学术语、解剖生理及疾病过程,熟悉 CPT/ICD 编码规则; 4. 具备中英文书面能力,英语口语流利者优先; 5. 抗压能力强,可同时处理多任务,具备良好的时间管理及优先级排序能力; 6. 极强的团队合作精神,能适应轮班、周末及节假日加班; 7. 出勤准时、诚实守信,符合职业道德与礼仪规范; 8. 熟练使用办公软件,具备基础数据分析能力。 Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above in medical discipline; Nursing/Clinical Medicine preferred. 2. Minimum one year of clinical experience; overseas exposure highly desirable. 3. Solid knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, and disease processes; familiarity with CPT/ICD rules. 4. Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Chinese. 5. Able to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. 6. Strong team player with flexible schedule—willing to work shifts, long hours & weekends. 7. Punctual, dependable, and adheres to professional etiquette & ethical conduct. 8. Proficient PC skills; able to perform basic data analysis.
