Background & Opportunity
As we expand globally, we need to leverage AI technology to scale our services while maintaining quality. This involves upgrading client-facing services and empowering internal processes through AI—including risk management, legal review, compliance, and data governance.
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading the AI product strategy and execution across our organization. You will own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation, work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps, and discover new AI opportunities that drive business value.
Responsibilities
- AI Product Strategy
- Define AI product vision and roadmap, identify AI application opportunities across client services and business operations, assess commercial value and technical feasibility
- Intelligent Service Products
- Design AI-driven investment advisory solutions that support investment strategy and asset allocation, complementing our private wealth advisor services
- Business Process Optimization
- Lead AI implementation across risk management, compliance review, legal review, and data governance; drive process improvements and measure impact
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with risk, legal, compliance, and technical teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements; mentor team members to achieve individual and team objectives
- Team Building & Mentorship
- Build and lead high-performing AI product and technical teams; develop talent and establish partnerships with external technology providers
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of experience in Product Management, AI/ML, Engineering, or Consulting
- Demonstrated success leading AI/ML product projects from strategy through launch and evaluation
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and AI Agent architecture
- Strong foundation in machine learning and data analytics
- Understanding of blockchain and Web3 concepts
- Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly learn financial domain knowledge and business logic
- Product mindset with ability to translate technology complexity into business solutions
Preferred
- Fintech or wealth management industry experience
- Experience working in regulated environments (compliance, risk management)
- Expertise in AI safety, model evaluation, or regulatory technology (RegTech)
- Multinational or cross-regional product experience
- Open source community contributions or entrepreneurial background
- Fluent English communication and international work experience
