  • Silicone Rubber sales within East China Region mainly focus on market segment automotive, medical, energy and rubber fabricators.
  • Develop local accounts to achieve big volumes target.
  • Develop strategic accounts and maintaining business continuity for transplant customers from US, Europe, Japan and other Southeast Asia Regions.
  • Reinforce channel management for best deployment of resources.
  • Cooperate with marketing team to provide good marketing data (MDB and MDP).
  • Provide sales forecast to ensure material supply for existing and new business.
  • Keep eyes on new application development with local technical team. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree preferred in Chemical related majority.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience preferable in rubber or silicone related business.
  • Familiar with auto parts, medical or energy industry will be a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Well organized with strong communication skill.
  • Flexible in mobility, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Ingenious, professional integrity and very good business sense.
