Job Description

  • Build and execute global social media strategies (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) aligned with product positioning, platform trends and business goals.

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns (includig social UGC campaigns), monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

  • Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand voice and generate authentic user engagement.

  • Monitor channel analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize content direction and community growth.

  • Stay on top of platform algorithm updates and content trends (e.g. hashtags, meme culture) and propose proactive strategies.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including KOL team and Creative Team, to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration.

Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content

  • Provide leadership and training to junior social staff (if applicable).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies in fast-paced, consumer-facing industries.

  • Deep understanding of the overseas social media landscape and user behaviors.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into social content and campaign strategies.

  • Strong sense of English copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication.

  • Data-driven and goal-driven with hands-on experience in social analytics, benchmarking, and reporting tools.

  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in consumer electronics

  • Experience working in fast-growth or global brands.

Familiarity with social commerce trends.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or relevant field.

Fluent English, native or bilingual speaker preferred.
