Job Description
Build and execute global social media strategies (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) aligned with product positioning, platform trends and business goals.
Plan and execute social media campaigns (includig social UGC campaigns), monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand voice and generate authentic user engagement.
Monitor channel analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize content direction and community growth.
Stay on top of platform algorithm updates and content trends (e.g. hashtags, meme culture) and propose proactive strategies.
Partner with cross-functional teams including KOL team and Creative Team, to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content
- Provide leadership and training to junior social staff (if applicable).
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies in fast-paced, consumer-facing industries.
Deep understanding of the overseas social media landscape and user behaviors.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into social content and campaign strategies.
Strong sense of English copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication.
Data-driven and goal-driven with hands-on experience in social analytics, benchmarking, and reporting tools.
Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in consumer electronics
Experience working in fast-growth or global brands.
Familiarity with social commerce trends.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or relevant field.
Fluent English, native or bilingual speaker preferred.
