Your Key Responsibilities
- Following and executing all activities of the FF industrial engineering, based on the company and plant strategy, in alignment with FF and IE manager.
 - Meet and follow internal KPI targets for the FF IE, follows up these figures (cycle time, OEE, FPY, etc.).
 - Install production lines, which can reach the "zero ppm" quality level.
 - Participate DFM review, PFMEA set up and reverse for new product
 - Contact with the NPL engineer, and other members of the core team. cooperating the industrialization process in the FF on basis of the APQP standard, and the core team decisions.
 - Responsible for FF production equipment (specification, installation, validation, WI)
 - Technical support for running processes / equipment
 - Execute projects and measures for reactive and preventive maintenance
 - Support global network participation inside the plant (e.g. ).
 - Contribute to the global standardization of production processes, and implement the global standards in the FF.
 - Follow the strategic development directions of his department, including the technology roadmap of FF and BU - together and in alignment with BU MT.
 - Support, teach and coach the technician to further develop the organization
 
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanics, Engineering, Electronics, Automation or equivalent
 - 3-5 years of working experience in the field of mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
 - Familiar with manufacturing technologies, systems, infrastructure, standards and processes
 - Familiar with lean Production principles, methods and tools
 - Familiar with Electronics / Electrotechnics and Automation / Mechanics / Mechatronics Know-how
 - Communication skills, networker skills, basic oral English
 - Familiar with problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques
 - Basic Know-how of artificial intelligence-related technologies
 - Basic Know-how and experience of PLC, industrial robot
