The Position
General Part
- Create an environment of strong team spirit, timely and effective communications, sense of Urgency, high motivation and inspire teams to achieve goals in the immediate and longer term

- Embody PT LEAN leadership principles and methods while fostering a continuous improvement
Business Part
- Manage expense and capital budgets for the Maintenance and Calibrations operations
- Ensure SHE and cGMP Compliance for all Maintenance and Calibration activities includes GMP Assets Design, Operation, Maintenance, Decommissioning and all relevant records
- Provide excellent Maintenance and Calibration services by establishing effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations. Ensures that services are delivered according to established service level agreements
- Manage and execute maintenance activities for production equipment and GMP facilities & Utilities.In addition, adhere to KPI's that measure asset availability, effectiveness, and efficiency (e.g. OEE, Planned Equipment Down Time, Unplanned Equipment Down Time, Energy Saving etc.). To maximize equipment availability and optimize life cycle costs
- Approve GMP documents and documents related to production procedures
- Review the application for access control permissions in the responsible area and conduct periodic review
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (science or engineering is preferred)
- Graduate or higher-level degree is preferred
- 10 or more years' work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
- 5 or more years' people management experience
- 5 or more years' plant maintenance, engineering, or related experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Job Required Competencies
- Expert knowledge of Maintenance and Calibration standards, production equipment operation, and clean room technology
- Expert knowledge of GMP HVAC, plant utility systems, building automation systems / building management systems, clean room technology
- Experience with start-up, commissioning and qualification of utilities equipment, including requirements for documentation and testing preferred
- Expert knowledge of cGMP relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence
- Able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
- Takes ownership, drives results, and achieves expected outcomes
- Exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills
