Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oral English Teacher, located in Yiwu. The Oral English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive English lessons to students, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. Additional tasks include creating a supportive learning environment, assisting with extracurricular activities, and collaborating with fellow educators to enhance teaching practices and curriculum development. The role also involves participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong background in English language teaching and lesson planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in classroom management and student assessment
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic teaching environment
- Teaching certification or relevant educational background is preferred
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language is a plus
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse student populations
