Job Level Descriptor:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen and protect Orijen's brand identity. This role will focus on ensuring brand consistency, enhancing brand perception, and driving long-term brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product marketing, creative, and digital teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand equity strategies to enhance Orijen's market positioning.
- Ensure brand /product concept consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Lead brand storytelling initiatives to strengthen emotional connections with consumers.
- Conduct consumer insights and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the brand.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling brand assets and campaigns.
- Brand owned platform owners like wechat, RED, Tiktok etc.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, brand development or a similar role. Must as the good induvial project leader.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong brand equity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Top FMCG background is preferred.
