  • Ensures professional Sales Calls using Hyatt's Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies
  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services
  • Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel
  • Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales
  • Establishes strong contacts to source for information with regards to planned and upcoming functions / events
  • Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met.

Qualifications

  • Having leadership skills and understanding the responsibilities of the department responsible for each position.
  • Master the knowledge of using the Internet and other major computer systems.
  • Master application sales and front-end computer systems.
  • Understand the international market of business tourism, tourism industry, conference tourism, and catering sales.
  • Be able to grasp and understand the market and competition.
  • Must have good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
