The Role
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Veeva China CRM. You will lead the development of core services and frameworks that underpin our entire application suite. Your mission will be to build a platform that is scalable, robust, and highly developer-friendly. In this role, your primary focus will be to inject AI and intelligent capabilities into the platform, building the foundational engine that drives agents across the Life Sciences industry.
What You'll Do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core CRM platform, with a strong emphasis on AI and intelligent services
- Drive the entire product lifecycle for platform services, from ideation and strategic planning to working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Translate complex business challenges and developer needs into scalable and innovative platform strategies
- Define and optimize core platform services to enable the creation and execution of intelligent applications, ensuring reliability, high performance, and ease of use
- Collaborate with leaders across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on building platform products, AI agents, or APIs
- Must possess a technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or practical experience in software development
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks
- A strong passion for product craft and a commitment to high-quality standards. You must have mature product design skills, capable of transforming complex technical capabilities into simple yet powerful platform services
- Exceptional skills in customer and developer requirements analysis
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, capable of highly effective collaboration with high-caliber engineering teams
- Strong learning agility to quickly grasp complex technical and business domain knowledge

- Experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS
