Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and maintain channel partnerships (integrators, agents) to build a sustainable client acquisition network and establish long-term, stable channel collaborations.
- Lead overseas channel partnership development, opportunity incubation, pipeline management, commercial negotiations, contract finalization, and delivery coordination.
- Drive large-scale adoption of smart warehouse products (AGV/AMR, automated storage systems, etc.) in target industries to achieve regional sales growth.
- Analyze North America's warehouse automation market demand and competitive landscape, identify key potential partners (integrators, agents), and develop tailored collaboration models and sales plans.
- Regularly report industry trends, client pain points, and product optimization insights to support iterative upgrades of company solutions.
- Monitor project milestones, coordinate resources to resolve sales-related risks, and ensure high-quality order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Background in warehouse or industrial automation; prior sales experience in warehouse robotics preferred.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- 5+ years of B2B or channel sales experience, preferably in warehouse robotics, industrial automation, or logistics equipment.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid sales methodology, acute market insight, customer empathy, and exceptional business development capabilities.
