Grand Markets is seeking for a creative and detailed-oriented
Graphic Designer
to join our team in
Xiamen, China
. This role will focus on designing event booths, merchandise, online banners, and other visual materials that strengthens our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, a good eye for design and a passion for building cohesive and engaging brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design event booths and visual materials for offline events and exhibitions.
- Create merchandise design such as branded gifts, apparel, and promotional items.
- Design online banners and other digital marketing assets for websites and social media.
- Redesign and improve the company's brand book and maintain consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Experience with booth designs, merchandise design, and digital marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with brand identity development and visual rebranding projects.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Understanding of FinTech or technology-driven brand aesthetics.
