As a Customer Quality Engineer, You will be responsible for clients in the passenger car sector and automotive OEM. And you will report to Quality Manager. This role requires 6 -7 business trips per year .Your location is Tianjin Plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between technical, service and manufacturing operations responsible for commercializing and optimizing laboratory developed paint formulas, to assure efficient and consistent manufacturability of all product lines. The lead facilitator in the problem solving for customer issues. Key accountabilities are problem resolution, process standardization, quality improvement and reduction in out-of-spec batches.充当技术,服务和制造运营等部门的协调人,负责实验室涂料改进配方的投产和优化,确保所有生产线持续有效的生产能力。客户方面问题解决的主要协调人。主要职责有问题解决,流程标准化,质量改进和异常批次的减少。

- Update PFMEA and Control Plans as the problem solving procedure, to include: Identification of Failure mode, Define Root Cause, Define Countermeasure(s) for prevent a recurrence and continue to drive improvement on customer quality goals.

Qualifications
- Chemical engineer, 5+ years working experience on coating industry. 化学工程师,涂料行业5年以上工作经验。
- B.S. of chemical engineering or relevant major化学或相关专业学士学历。
- Good English communication skills;良好的英语沟通能力。
