Key Responsibilities,
Brand Leadership & Strategy
Evolve brand positioning, architecture, and identity to ensure clarity, consistency, and competitive differentiation.
- Translate company vision and market insights into actionable annual and multi-year brand strategies.
Define and track brand health KPIs (awareness, perception, NPS, sentiment, share of voice).
Integrated Campaigns & Creative Vision
Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, experiential, influencer) that build awareness and emotional connection.
- Partner with the creative team to deliver compelling brand storytelling across all touchpoints, including product launches, packaging, and content.
Lead brand awareness activations tied to new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand identity and GTM goals.
Partnerships & Growth
Identify and negotiate inventive brand partnerships that expand reach, open new audiences, and drive brand affinity.
Explore global expansion opportunities and ensure brand integrity is maintained across regions and cultures.
Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration
Partner with DTC, product marketing, social, PR, and retail teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Manage and mentor brand and creative team members, building a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Oversee agency and vendor relationships, ensuring best-in-class execution and efficiency.
Budget & Performance Management
Own the brand marketing budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Report brand performance to executive leadership, ensuring insights directly inform strategy.
Requirements,
8+ years of brand marketing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior brand leadership role.
Proven success building and scaling brands, ideally in DTC, consumer tech, pet care, or lifestyle categories.
Strong track record leading integrated campaigns and brand launches that deliver measurable results.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and significant budgets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
