职位介绍 The management consultant shall have engineer background and shall bring complex technologies into strategies and simple messages for communication internal and external. They will work with customer R&D Asia management team and engineers and shall in an efficient way gather information and then autonomously create strategies and communication materials (powerpoints etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Have good engineering background and can easily bring complex technologies to simple messages in presentations. He/She can also set a good storyline with logic order that is entertaining
- have a good visual ability to create good looking and easy to read power point presentations
- is creative and come with ideas
- is strategically thinking and can set strategies based upon input from many business areas
- is good at communication and listening
- easy to collaborate with
- clear and direct
- can connect information from many different functions and draw important conclusions
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering etc.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Shall have working experience within OEM or within the automotive industry, for heavy-duty trucks or passenger cars.
- Experience as management consultant or business developer
- Good communication with stakeholders from different areas.
- Fluent English skill ,written and oral (daily communication with global teams.).
- Can easily understand complex technologies
- Driven, structured and goal oriented
- Good team player
