Purpose of Position

 - Assist mainly colab/product launches on website/mobile APP
 - Assist in daily operations for visual merchandising of the website (navigation, home banner)
 - Assist Ecom Team to achieve company's business goals by launching projects
 
Job Description
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
 - Communicate with relevant internal stakeholders to oversee the end-to-end management of the e-commerce platform, including own and 3rd party marketplaces (if necessary).
 - Ensure product updates, content accuracy, and inventory management.
 - Track and report on e-commerce KPIs, including sales performance, conversion rates, site traffic, and customer retention metrics.
 - Use analytics tools to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
 - Propose solutions with options to solve the problems arising out of the website development and internal systems
 - Manage and review resources spent on each projects and provide improvement solutions
 
Requirement
- Degree Holder in E-Commerce, Project Manager, Marketing / Public Relations / Communications or other related discipline
 - At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce at a managerial level, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
 - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing the online shopping experience
 - Good team player, proactive, passionate, multi-tasking, fast-paced, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Excellent in communicating with different levels within the organization
 - Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing best practices
 - Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
