该职位来源于猎聘 Duties and responsibilities职责和责任:

  • Support customer via hotline, email, remote service, iCorr OS platform to solve machine problems.

通过服务热线、邮件、远程服务、智能物联网平台等给客户提供支持,解决设备问题

  • Service intervention support and coordination (manpower, technical solution, parts etc.).

服务协调(人力、技术、零件等)

  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of corrugated machines at customer site 在客户处维修维护瓦楞机械设备
  • Advising / recommendation on spare parts, maintenance and other service products to customer.

给客户提供备件,维护或其他服务产品的建议或意见

  • Train customer regarding operation, maintenance and spare parts knowledge. 培训客户操作,维护设备以及相关的备件知识
  • Support BHS internal staff on service daily business, such as spare parts issue, machine problem advice, upgrade and so on.

支持BHS内部员工的日常工作,例如:备件信息,解决机 器问题的建议,升级等。

  • Customer open issues tracking and reporting 客户问题点的跟踪和报告
  • Prepare report according to department regulations. 根据部门规定撰写相应报告
  • Maintain customer relationship 维护客户关系 10.iCorr OS developing and operation with relevant department together; 与相关部门一起发展iCorr OS。
  • Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor 完成上级安排的其他任务和工作 Requirements任职要求:
  • Electrical engineering background, college above. 电气工程学背景,大专以上学历 2. 3 years above field experience of on-site installation/maintenance/troubleshooting to heavy duty machines in multi-national company.

3年以上现场维修维护重型机械的经验

  • Be able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated and conscientious。

能够在压力下工作,忠诚,敬业,有责任心

  • Willing to travel 愿意经常出差
  • Being able to work shifts. 能接受倒班工作
  • Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力
  • Good English spoken and written. 具备英文读写能力
  • Open mind and team work.
