Core Responsibilities
Channel Development and Expansion
Research target international markets (such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Europe, etc.), analyzing market demand, competitive landscape, and channel structure.
Develop and sign contracts with qualified overseas agents, distributors, and strategic partners to establish a long-term stable sales network.
Participate in international medical device exhibitions (such as MEDICA, Arab Health, CMEF overseas exhibitions) to promote company products and brand.
Channel Management and Support
Establish agent management systems, including qualification reviews, contract signing, performance assessments, and elimination mechanisms.
Provide product training, technical support, and marketing materials (such as product manuals, clinical cases) to agents.
Monitor channel sales data, prevent price undercutting and other violations, and maintain market order.
Achieving Sales Targets
Break down and implement the company's annual sales targets, develop regional market sales strategies and action plans.
Regularly analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities or potential risks, optimizing channel strategies.
Assist agents in bidding, negotiations with major clients, and securing key orders.
Market and Compliance Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop localized marketing plans (such as academic conferences, KOL collaborations).
Assist the registration team in completing product overseas certifications (such as CE, FDA, local registrations).
Collect competitor dynamics, policy changes, and market needs, providing feedback to the company's R&D and product departments.
Cross-Department Coordination
Coordinate with the supply chain department on logistics, inventory, and order delivery.
Work with the finance department to manage agent payment terms, collections, and credit risks.
