Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing detailed processes for channel demand planning, inventory management, and product master data in S/4HANA.
- Migrating product master and planning data accurately into S/4HANA and related applications.
- Developing training materials, supporting user acceptance testing, and executing cutover plans for APAC deployment.
- Streamlining go-to-market activities using S/4HANA and other tools like PowerBI.
- Bridging communication between merchandising teams, supply chain, and the S/4 program. Competency Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with merchandizing and planning processes.
- Deep understanding of management reporting, pricing, and rebate management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and planning technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ERP process integration expertise. Experience:
- 6+ years in fashion retail, with 3+ years in merchandizing planning and replenishment.
- Proven success in large-scale transformations and cross-functional collaboration. Academic Qualifications:
- Degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
