该职位来源于猎聘 Reporting Manager: Business Process Owner - Product Merchandising and Planning Duration: Three-year contract role Role & Responsibilities: The Business Process Manager drives the transformation of commercial planning and product master data management processes within the S/4 Business Transformation program in Asia. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing detailed processes for channel demand planning, inventory management, and product master data in S/4HANA.
  • Migrating product master and planning data accurately into S/4HANA and related applications.
  • Developing training materials, supporting user acceptance testing, and executing cutover plans for APAC deployment.
  • Streamlining go-to-market activities using S/4HANA and other tools like PowerBI.
  • Bridging communication between merchandising teams, supply chain, and the S/4 program. Competency Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with merchandizing and planning processes.
  • Deep understanding of management reporting, pricing, and rebate management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and planning technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ERP process integration expertise. Experience:
  • 6+ years in fashion retail, with 3+ years in merchandizing planning and replenishment.
  • Proven success in large-scale transformations and cross-functional collaboration. Academic Qualifications:
  • Degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Expertise in Business Process Management and ERP Systems. Travel: As required for project delivery.
