What you’ll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. 

Position title: SAP China iXp Intern - Customer Support Intern for SAP Cloud ALM CN

Location: Dalian China

Expected start date to end date: January 1, 2026 – June 31, 2026
You will work in a multinational team in close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers from Asia Pacific. Next to technical skills, proficiency in English language is key, and Japanese speaking will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:
It's the first tier to monitor and dispatch the incidents reported from customer, ensure SLAs fulfillment, documents, routes, tracks, escalates as required.

  • Serves supporting teams to ensure SLA fulfillment.
  • Monitor and dispatch all the incidents reported from customer following rules and takes timely action.
  • Document appropriate details of inquiry, provide the required statistics data for supporting team.
  • Cover duties as deemed necessary to achieve and produce a high quality support.

What You’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning

  • Currently enrolled in university as full-time student, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and graduating in 2027 or later
  • Commitment of at least 4 days per week for at least 6-month internship onsite  
  • English communication in professional proficiency
  • Japanese language skills are a plus
  • With good attitude to routine work
  • Open and professional communication style
  • Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly
