- 领导发展从管理层到一线销售对于生意追踪需要的数据报告
- 为管理层提供公司层面的全域数据看板
- 综合运用内外部多重数据,深入洞察市场趋势,机会,与风险
- 领导团队开展专题研究分析,定位原因,挖掘机会,持续为业务管理层提供决策支持和建议
Business Expertise:
- 深入了解公司业务各环节,具备深刻的商业洞察力,能够将数据与业务目标相结合,并制定相应的数据策略,为业务决策提供支持
- 具备极佳的业务体感,熟悉各项业务对数据的使用需求和关键问题的分析思路
- 熟悉数据产品开发流程,能够与数据产品团队深度协同
- 具备优秀的领导力,包括跨部门协作能力、团队管理能力和项目推进能力,能培养和激励团队成员,持续优化工作流程和机制
Problem Solving:
- 解决公司业务口径不统一,生意理解歧义
- 破除数据孤岛,建立跨数据域的报告
- 自动化灵活报告配置能力,解放生产力
Nature & Area of Impact:
- 统一全公司基于数据的生意判断,做出正确生意决策
- 提供多维度多指标的常态化检测报告机制以防范经营风险
Interactions / Interpersonal Skills:
- 跨部门协调沟通能力,敏锐的洞察力理解服务渠道端的问题本质,创新思维对于问题的处理方式。
