该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Establish and implement the project document management plan, ensuring compliance with Owner requirements and GMP/regulatory requirements Supervise and manage document control activities of Construction Management company, Design Management company, Equipment Vendors, and Service Contractors to ensure timely and compliant document submissions Take full responsibility for ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) administration, including system operation, permission setup, and data integrity Manage the full lifecycle of documents: receipt, distribution, review/approval, archiving, and final handover Track document submissions and approval progress and provide regular status reports to the Project Management team. Organize and review as built and handover documentation to ensure compliance and traceability. Provide training and support to contractors and internal teams on document control processes and ACC system usage

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Records Management, or related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in project document control, including at least 3 years in management role Experience in large-scale international projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical engineering Strong knowledge of engineering document control processes (Submittal, Transmittal, RFI, Change Documentation, etc.) Experience in document control for GMP and Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) projects. Proficiency in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or similar document management platforms Fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills for handling international project correspondence Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders on behalf of the Owner
