该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Establish and implement the project document management plan, ensuring compliance with Owner requirements and GMP/regulatory requirements Supervise and manage document control activities of Construction Management company, Design Management company, Equipment Vendors, and Service Contractors to ensure timely and compliant document submissions Take full responsibility for ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) administration, including system operation, permission setup, and data integrity Manage the full lifecycle of documents: receipt, distribution, review/approval, archiving, and final handover Track document submissions and approval progress and provide regular status reports to the Project Management team. Organize and review as built and handover documentation to ensure compliance and traceability. Provide training and support to contractors and internal teams on document control processes and ACC system usage
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Records Management, or related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience in project document control, including at least 3 years in management role Experience in large-scale international projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical engineering Strong knowledge of engineering document control processes (Submittal, Transmittal, RFI, Change Documentation, etc.) Experience in document control for GMP and Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) projects. Proficiency in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or similar document management platforms Fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills for handling international project correspondence Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders on behalf of the Owner
