该职位来源于猎聘 As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, innovation, and market success. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to identify new market trends, uncover business opportunities, and translate customer needs into actionable product development plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong business cases, evaluating and refining the current product range in the region, and ensuring alignment with market demands. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with R&D and Sales teams to develop and execute product strategies.
  • Identify new market trends and business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Gather and analyze customer needs, translating them into product requirements for R&D.
  • Develop business cases to support new product initiatives and improvements.
  • Evaluate and refine the existing product portfolio to enhance competitiveness in the region.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with strong program management skills. Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a related industry.
  • 4P Concept: Strong understanding of Product, Price, Place, and Promotion strategies.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SPSS is a plus.
  • Experience in data analysis and market research.
  • Familiarity with product life cycle management (PLM).
