该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities Supporting the Retail Training Manager in preparing the training and development programs to meet the objectives of the Region/Country.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordination, delivering, and evaluation of the retail training programs, including but not limited to newcomer induction, product training, skill training, etc.
  • Provide continual follow-up with training participants to ensure the effectiveness and needs of training modules.
  • Implement coaching sessions and solutions for retail teams and individuals to reach the retail KPI.
  • Support CLIENT CENTRIC strategy to assist retail for the implementation of elevating client experience and reaching global standards.
  • Facilitate leadership related courses/workshops to educate the store management team on leadership effectiveness.
  • Provide translation support on training materials and other assignments in English
  • Keep open-minded to create the practical training contents and approaches
  • Designs, localizes and prepares training materials and tools for retail channels.
  • Support training projects may be assigned from time to time.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in training in preferably retail industry. Not limited to luxury brand but a premium service mindset is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and follow up on assigned projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of learning principles and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
