Job Responsibilities
• Focus on customers' cloud migration and IT operations needs, providing light consulting on infrastructure and cloud-native solutions.
• Lead cloud technology-related designs (covering Alibaba Cloud/AWS/Azure architecture design, cost optimization, and operations governance).
• Write technical proposals, highlighting the ROI of solutions such as hybrid cloud management, cloud security, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with operations teams to design high-availability and automated operation systems.
• Provide competitive strategies at the infrastructure level for sales teams (e.g., cloud vendor selection comparisons, SLA design for operational services).
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience (with at least 3 years in presales focused on cloud/infrastructure).
• Engineering/Computer Science-related academic background.
• Hold mainstream cloud certifications (e.g., Alibaba Cloud ACP, AWS SA, Azure Administrator).
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud migration or hybrid cloud management projects.
• Understanding of On-Premise infrastructure (including but not limited to servers, networks, storage, and data centers).
• Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in network architecture design (SD-WAN, zero-trust security) or IT operations management services (ITSM/automated operations).
- Ability to plan data center/disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, IoT, and cloud architecture for manufacturing customers (familiarity with ERP/MES/APS/SRM/PLM system architecture is preferred).
- • Proficient in technical architecture communication, able to guide customers in cloud transformation path design.
- • Quick response to dynamic requirements (e.g., sudden adjustments to operational solutions).
