  • Drafts creative briefs, research/test summaries with agency POV
  • Leads Agency and Brand in consumer understanding – discussion guides, summaries
  • Liaises with media planning
  • Responsible for project time management
  • Participates in creative briefing and review of advertising concepts
  • Prepares timing plans and ensures team's project delivery to timing
  • Develops and distributes Project Books for each production job
  • Writes daily production updates and distributes to the client and agency team
  • Manages the approval process (agreed presence of key clients at different stages of the creative and production process)
  • Ensures client sign off on every stage of production
  • Runs regular internal and external status, review and presentation meetings
  • Leads Agency and Brand Team in consumer understanding – collects and distributes agency, client, and third party research/news
  • Manages financial control of creative projects
  • Supervises monthly budget report / ensure timely distribution
  • Writes competitive flash reports
  • Writes bi-annual competitive review / collaborates with media
  • Collects and distributes monthly share report from the client
  • Initiates and runs business building ideation sessions
  • Tracks progress of Total Work activities assigned to other agencies. Position Requirements: Bachelor degree or above. 3+ years related working experience in advertising company, 4A agency working experience is preferred. Excellent oral and written skills in EN and CN. AUTO client service working experience.
