- Work with business customers to develop clear, understandable business requirements and specifications Perform gap analysis on business requirements and system Transfer;
- Business requirements and gaps to development team;
- Participate and oversight user acceptance testing;
- Join sales activities, help to build up client relationships. Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in insurance, mathematics and statistics or relative discipline;
- At least 5 years working experience in financial area (insurance, bank insurance) either in insurance company, consulting company or system integrator and etc.
Understand the business operation process and products;
- Experience in large scale software development projects is a plus;
- Good collaboration-cooperation spirit and team management experience (preferred in multi-national teams)Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent business acumen and industry acumen;
- Result orientated, fast learner, open mind and creative.
